Parallel harmony is a very effective technique for adding interest to your tunes. You will likely want to “sprinkle” it occasionally in order to maintain its luster. Practice implementing parallel harmony with different chord voicing structures throughout your favorite songs. In time, it will begin to feel rather natural to incorporate them when you sense they are a good fit.
