What is KeyTalk?
Well, it’s rather unique. It’s actually a way that you can have access to your personal online piano coach whenever you become inspired to get questions answered.
What KeyTalk is Not
KeyTalk is NOT a forum where a group of members share insights and it’s left to chance as to whether or not your concerns ever get acknowledged. This is between YOU and ME. You can count on the fact that your questions and concerns are my priority.
When Can You I Use It?
Actually, you can send your inquiries 24/7. Whether it’s 2:00 am or 11:30 pm, you can send ask questions pertaining to your piano experience.
How Often Can I Expect Responses?
That’s an important question. Since we know that, as human beings, we have certain time limitations… the truth needs to be put on the table right away. Depending on the nature of the questions, it can vary. Obviously, I want this to be a valuable experience for you. I like to be thorough with my responses and sometimes that even may require my putting together a customized video for you… or perhaps creating customized graphics (in other words, whatever it takes to provide you with quality service). That said, I don’t want to impose limits on how often you can correspond with me. As far as my getting back to you, my personal policy is to respond with 48 hours or less. As you gain some personal experience with this service, I believe you will have a good idea of where I’m coming from in terms of offering a valuable service.
Can I Sign Up Any Time?
When you visit the page below, you will see quickly whether or not KeyTalk is open for enrollment. We have to be realistic here. If I was to promise a great number people a service beyond what I can effectively handle, I would be providing them a disservice… and I will NOT do that. Only a limited number of members are allowed at one time for this reason. If enrollment is open, you can confide in the fact that you will be taking part in a service that is ready to treat you as a top priority.
